follow through. Recently, Mike represented Que Computers on the owner/user
purchase and successful leasing of a portion of their 48,000 square foot
building in Minneapolis. Among his more notable projects, in 1996 Mike
received the Deal of the year Award for initiation a 150,000 square foot,
$8,000,000 consideration lease as part of a four-building 450,000 square foot
development. Mike has helped develop over 25 new construction,
multi-tenant and owner-user buildings and has completed over 7,000,000 square
foot in land acquistions
